Embrace survey, print and install in Glasgow

Embrace Building Wraps have completed the planning, print and installation of a large scale building wrap for Bloc Glasgow.

Dale House is a former cash counting and storage facility located opposite Queen Street Station which Bloc Hotels are now transforming into a landmark seven-storey hotel and retail space.

As time was of the essence the Embrace team were on site within two days following the receipt of the purchase order to carry out the site survey via rope access. Our experts conducted drill tests into the fabric of the building to ensure that the structure could take the proposed wire frame system installation.

Just one week later – having already completed the banner print – we were back at the property to install the wire frame system and attach the 265 square metre mesh PVC building wrap.

Julian Kahn, Creative Director at Bloc Hotels commented:

This is the second project that Embrace Building Wraps have managed for us, so when it came to launching in Glasgow we knew we had trusted partners to work with. Following our initial brief the Embrace team came back with a swift and cost effective solution. Within 14 days of issuing the PO they had surveyed the location, installed the supporting wire frame, printed and installed the banner.

Once again, we were impressed with excellent levels of account management and clear communication throughout the process. The project was delivered on time, on budget and stress free. It looks great and I am happy to say that the management team here are delighted with the outcome.

Greg Forster, Managing Director at Embrace Building Wraps added:

We are delighted to have delivered such a rapid and cost effective wire frame system for our friends at Bloc Hotels. The building wrap has unbelievable impact, promoting the forthcoming hotel to all visitors arriving at Glasgow immediately as they exit Queen Street Station.
